Vision

To create a world where financial literacy and professional excellence are the cornerstones of empowered individuals and thriving nonprofits, leading to a more equitable and prosperous society.

Our Values

Through our values of Relationships, Collaboration, Sustainability, and Innovation, the Institute will:

  • Build relationships that encourage others around us and lift the community through life transformation. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
  • Champion the collaboration of organizations and individuals by promoting financial stewardship, hosting quality programming, and providing opportunities for collaboration. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
  • Work to ensure that all partners have the sustainability to not only achieve excellence, but also have the structure and knowledge to grow as pillars in their communities. (2 Corinthians 9:8)
